The Employer Champion Toolkit is a Gold-Coast led, co-designed response to address common challenges raised by employers and young people in our community.
The aim of the Toolkit is to provide employers with fit-for-purpose information, resources and advice to build their confidence and effectively attract, retain, and support young people at work.
For the Toolkit’s guidance to work, we encourage employers to have a growth mindset in the areas of:
